All our breads are made with our homemade sourdough starter, lovingly crafted from a blend of rye and bread flour to create a richer, more flavorful taste.

We prioritize quality above all, using hand-selected wheat flour from Lehi Mills, triple-filtered water through reverse osmosis, and Real Salt from Redmond, Utah.

Born and raised in Belgium, I grew up surrounded by the rich tradition of artisan bread. Since moving to the U.S., I’ve struggled to find bread that satisfies my refined palate. I believe bread should be more than just food—it should be an enjoyable, enriching experience. When I couldn’t find that here, I decided to create it myself.
